MotorMover was founded in 1989 by Michael Fage who has over 30 years’ experience of designing and developing compact electric tug solutions. As the business went from strength to strength MotorMover and Michael became part of AV Innovate Limited.

AV Innovate is a leading product engineering business based in the East Midlands. We employ approximately 80 full time staff and pride ourselves having achieved ISO: 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 accreditation.
